I'm not so sure someone can actually be a siksa guru
after they have disappeared. To gain enlivenment and
good direction from their books, examples of their life, etc... basic instructions and so on, of course.
But spiritual master, diksa, siksa... whatever, means a relationship
of teacher and student... formal or informal whatever the case may be
for the lessons that are to be imparted.
I think there is a danger of creeping impersonalism
without this understanding
